Xytec SC

The new Xytec SC container incorporates the best aspects of our industry standard Xytec collapsible pallet container line and goes further by offering improved durability, capacity and repairability.

Computer designed using the latest state-of the-art CAD technology, the >b>XytecSC containers provide unrivaled stacking strength and capacity at a 2500-lb loading capacity. Using proprietary ArcaBase technology (patents applied for), the Xytec SC container has a smooth sided base with encapsulated ribs. This adds to the strength of the base, making it sturdier and more resistant to damage than common ribbed-base versions. The base was also designed to efficiently transfer the container's content weight to the corners thus allowing secure stacking of fully loaded containers. An optional grid base design is available for applications that require air ventilation of container contents.

Considering that the most critical damage area on a container is the base, the Xytec SC also features a unique patented two-part replaceable forkstrap system, which is interchangeable and can be replaced independently. There are no lefts or rights. This technology alleviates maintenance costs since it allows customers to replace damaged forkstraps instead of substituting the entire base of the container, the most expensive component of the container.
Available in 48- by 40- and 48- by 45-inch footprints, the Xytec SC container is offered in different heights, configurations and colors and is fully compatible with existing products of the Xytec collapsible pallet container line. The Xytec SC container is ideal for cost effective materials handling, work-in-process, storage and shipping.
