X-ray Inspection System

The X-ray Inspection System (CI-170) is a compact, high-speed machine designed to accurately inspect full, empty, open and closed cases. The system is capable of detecting missing, broken, or under-filled containers in cases that have absorbed the contents of leaking bottles. The system profiles the density of each case as it passes through the inspection zone, and features options to verify the presence of a correct bar code. It then sends production and diagnostic information to any plant location.

Capable of inspecting cases made of various materials, the unit can be easily installed on existing production conveyors, fixed or variable speed, with minimal modifications.
