Winpak Lane's New Winpakage Produced on the LD-32 Pouch Machine

The new Winpakage is a three-seal pouch for foodservice condiments that is form-filled and seals at a rate of up to 1200 pouches per minute on Winpak Lane's new LD-32 multilane pouch machine. The Winpakage System combines innovative package design with a revolutionary machine guaranteed to reduce production costs while enhancing package appearance. This three-sided-seal pouch uses 10% less film than standard four-sided-seal pouches.

Key to the Winpakage System is Winpak Lane's LD-32 vertical-form-fill-seal pouch machine, which produces pouches in a range of volumes from 1/6 to 6 fluid ounces. As many as 1.3 million packages in a three-shift production day can be produced on the LD-32. Operating at speeds up to 75 strokes per minute, the LD-32 handles pumpable products ranging in viscosity, from water to liquid cheese, with fill temperatures from 25 to 190ºF, and an unsurpassed fill accuracy of +/- 0.5%.
