Weigh Table Checkweigher

The Alpha PW-12 Powered Weigh Table Checkweigher controls the weight of pouches, bags, and other types of unsupported, soft-sided packages that may be difficult to weigh on conventional checkweigher designs. This model has an 8-lb weighing capacity and a 200 packs/min maximum line speed.

Suited for use in conjunction with Form-Fill-Seal equipment, the weigh table consists of a modular, separate driven conveyor/loadcell assembly to simultaneously move packages through the checkweigher while weight is determined. The rigid table construction is designed to provide the needed support and structure for unstable packages so that weight may be quickly and accurately determined.

All weighing operations are centrally controlled from the Cerebus Checkweighing System. This system provides a simplified menu and selection structure for all weight setup, control, calibration and testing functions. Different setup programs can be created for each size, weight, container, or package.
