Weber Marking Systems, Inc., introduces the Model 5200 Series, the next generation of label printer-applicators designed, engineered, and built exclusively by Weber to satisfy the challenging labeling requirements of most industries.

Each system includes a high-density, on-demand thermal/thermal-transfer printer that provides crisp text, in-spec bar codes, and graphics at 203- or 300-dpi. Pressure-sensitive labels up to 6.0" wide and 6.0" long can be accommodated, printing at speeds up to 12.0" per second.

Model 5200 Series systems offer a choice of three application methods: air blow, flex-tamp, or tamp-blow. All methods provide precise label placement of ±0.06".

The new systems feature several options designed to maximize versatility, such as:

  • A quick-change tamp pad
  • Height sensor
  • Multiple I/Os
  • Adjustable stand

Weber's print-apply software simplifies labeling by guiding users through the design of labels. Plus, Weber manufactures a wide range of compatible pressure-sensitive labels and printer ribbons.
