Spee-Dee Packaging Machinerye-Matic ten-foot conveyor includes delay/dwell settings for each component in the fill cycle to coordinate container fills and movements, upstream photoeyes to detect present containers and downstream photoeyes to detect container backup. Also included are 24VDC sensors and air valves, and a variable speed AC conveyor motor.
The conveyor's volumetric cup fillers are used for filling free-flowing, granulated products, and are available in three different models. All three models can be integrated with the company's rigid container line.
Other available options include a full digital control color touch screen with 100-product memory and 16 digit alpha-numerical name setting, container lifts, diving nozzles, air blasts, container vibrators and hopper level controls.
