The company was founded in Montreal, Quebec, Canada in 1970, under the name of Visualpak, Ltd. The company primarily produced blister sealing machinery. In 1984, Visualpak, Ltd. merged with Thermoforming S.p.A. of Milano, Italy and was renamed Visual Thermoforming, Ltd. The product line was expanded to include Skin Packaging Machinery, Die Cutting Machines and Thermoformers. In 1997, the name was changed to Visual Packaging Systems, Inc. to better reflect the range of products being manufactured.

Today, Visual Packaging Systems, Inc. is known internationally as an innovator for continually developing new equipment with superior automation and efficiency. The in-house R&D and Product Development Departments have allowed the company to concentrate on matchine machine designs to customer needs.

We are conveniently located just 7 minutes from Dorval International Airport and welcome visitors to our facility. Visual is located in a 25,000 square foot modern manufacturng facility with nearly 30 employees.

    Visual's products are offered, sold and serviced throgh a network of over 300 distributor offices worldwide. Visual maintains Sales Offices in Montreal, Quebec; Buffalo, NY and Dayton, OH.
