Vibratory Feeding System

The E-Z Feeder System is a versatile, low-noise solution for vibratory feeding. Its versatility is a result of the linear pneumatic drive. To change the feed rate, the operator simply has to adjust the air supply pressure or throttle the exhaust air. The machine is suitable for dosing applications as well as high-capacity feeding. The 65-80 dBA noise level of the linear pneumatic drive is well below OSHA guidelines, and air requirements are as low as 0.18 cfm at 30 psi.

The company will be displaying its E-Z Conveyor System that instantly finds and maintains the resonant frequency of the leaf springs, even if the material load or air pressure changes. The system features a "Build Your Own" option, enabling users to save time and money by purchasing necessary components (i.e. springs, drives, and controls) and then fabricating the conveyor in-house.
