The Model 2120 Vial Labeling System is capable of labeling seven (7) different sizes of vials at speeds up to 120 products per minute with +/- 1/32" accuracy.
Label-Aire Inc.ire Customized Model 2120 Vial Labeling System is capable of labeling seven (7) different sizes of vials at speeds up to 120 products per minute with +/- 1/32" accuracy. The unit features a wipe-on applicator, a variable speed infeed metering wheel, wrap belt assembly, label and product counters, and quick release ball bushing.
Other features include a Zebra thermal-transfer printer for batch numbers, loose-looped interface to a stepper-driven, microprocessor-controlled applicator mounting table, and a ground table-top chain and kip lever handle on guide rails for quick product change over. This system is especially designed to handle the labeling of multiple vial sizes with rapid change over between sizes.
