Value Series High Resolution Ink Jet System
The print angle can be increased to produce images up to 1-3/4" high. The PEL/2560 Series printhead can produce bar codes and graphics up to 2" high and solid characters from 3/4" to 2" high. The PEL/2560 printhead also has the capability to produce an UPC-SCS bar code at 100% magnification.
This system operates with a high-resolution PEL printhead that has the capability to produce a full range of quality marks, including verifiable bar codes, high resolution alphanumeric, logos and special graphics—at line speeds up to 300 fpm.
It features the company's proven centralized printhead (patent pending) with its integrated housing, containing both the printhead and ink reservoir, which reduces depriming and ensures print reliability. The printheads can produce up to five lines of print so multiple message lines are possible with this single head system.
