The UVA-222-FBC, "Flexible Box Concept", is a fully automatic vertical form, fill and seal machine with a patented air deflation and bag top conditioning unit. The finished bag effectively has a block bottom and block top. A fully deflated block bottom bag, produced in-line on the VFFS is further conditioned by folding and rolling the top over and applying a reclosure tape. This innovative combination of equipment makes it the most compact means of producing a bag of this type in the world.
