The Model RP-3 Unscrambler provides speed, precision and expandability yet are gentle to printed or pre-labeled containers. The unscramblers are ideal for pharmaceutical, personal care, food, specialty chemical and other products requiring precise container control handling.

The company is the only unscrambler manufacturer offering synchronized line shaft drive into a feed screw. The continually-controlled delivery system makes the unit a good choice for every type of plastic container packaging line. The systems offer a complete range of low, medium and high speed packaging line models.

All RP unscramblers are designed with rotary pockets that pick up and cradle each container and set it precisely in line. Nothing can mar printer or pre-labeled containers. Only the sides of the pocket gently contact the container, and each assembly moves as an independent unit. The pocket side arms are adjustable to accommodate a wide range of container sizes and shapes, including round, oval, square, pinchwaist, rectangular or tapered.
