Uhlmann Packaging Systems, Inc.0 Thermoformer is a self-sufficient machine that is designed, through the use of lasers and servomechanisms, to automatically monitor and make adjustments during operation. To eliminate start-up waste, the system also maintains a product-specific database that can be reintroduced to the line at any time. The machine is capable of running over 600 blisters/min.
The system, which is designed to provide maximum versatility for handling multiple-contract packaging applications, features faster changeovers and uses fewer operators than its predecessors.
