TricorBraun Acquires California Distributor

TricorBraun has acquired Packaging Plus, a $30 million California distributor, thus expanding and diversifying the TricorBraun business base in the Southern California market. The acquisition is part of TricorBraun's ongoing consolidation strategy.

Effective immediately Packaging Plus becomes a part of TricorBraun with immediate access to the wide range of TricorBraun resources. These resources include: two full-service design studios; 2,500 TricorBraun molds; a library of 10,000 available designs; and a proprietary packaging database of more than 25,000 items.
