Tray Denesting Machines

Thiele Technologies' Tray Denesting machines will automatically feed single cavity, multi-cavity, clam-shell and custom designed trays onto virtually any production packaging line. Standard machines can easily be interfaced with existing conveyors, wrappers, and other production machinery to enhance productivity and reduce labor costs.

The Tray Denester includes a variety of features including heavy-duty, dual side plate frame construction; dual arm pick mechanism; adjustable product magazines; adjustable floor stand; positive vacuum pick-up mechanism using a mechanical vacuum valve; four standard frame widths; 8" and 12" arm lengths; 36" long product magazines; and positive cam motion placement.

Control options include a low-product-in-magazine detection system, missed item detection, a timing system designed to synchronize denester pace with that of the production line, and PLC controls. Additional options available include multiple, quick change magazines; quick-change vacuum manifolds; scales and hand-levers for ease of adjustments; and casters for machine mobility.
