Designed for maximum flexibility, the cartoner is equipped with twin XY robotic pick and place units that collate, pattern form, and load cartons. Features include a modular design that allows for single or multiple load stations, a no-tool changeover package and two Servo-Smart accumulation towers used to respond to product on demand. A powerful and intuitive operator interface offers real time production data, maintenance scheduling and changeover settings.
