Tool-less Plastic Tray Denesting System

Nigrelli Systems Inc.esigned Plastic Tray Auto Denesting System features tool-less changeover, allowing operators to complete crate-style changeovers, in sizes from 12-oz. to 3-L, in less than five minutes utilizing new positive calibrated positioning.

Full-height guarding surrounds the denesting system via access doors with safety interlocks. According to the manufacturer, this offers the operator increased protection with improved accessibility for routine maintenance, lubrication, and parts replacement. Belts can now be replaced without tools; a complete set of eight can be changed within 10 minutes.

The new plastic tray denesting system is available constructed in mild or stainless steel, and production speed capacity can reach 80 crates per minute. Pallet conveyors, lifts, stackers, and operator platforms are also available for use in conjunction with the Plastic Tray Auto Denesting System, producing a completely integrated single-sourced system.
