Professional Services Offered

National On-Site Service Program – Provides on-site coverage throughout the United States and Canada. All Annual Maintenance Agreements include: parts (excluding printheads), labor, technical phone support, and travel charges

Depot Service – is designed to offer our customers the opportunity to ship their equipment to our location for depot service. All printers that are shipped in are completely cleaned and inspected. In addition, a complete preventive maintenance is performed free of charge. All services include labor, parts (excluding printheads), preventive maintenance, and factory adjustments.
