TechnaSeal™ manufactures the next industry standard in the field of Thermal Impulse Heat Sealing machinery, as well as being the sole source for original Vertrod™ spare parts and technical support. All orders for new machinery and Vertrod™ spare parts are processed through our Livermore, California office. TechnaSeal has its own factory trained and experienced sales force in all principal markets throughout the United States.

Vertrod Corporation pioneered the development of the Thermal Impulse Heat Sealing Process for use with a full range of thermoplastic materials, including flexible films, laminates, foams and synthetics. TechnaSeal brings over four decades of experience to the design and manufacture of heat sealing machinery for packaging and fabricating operations.

For most conventional packaging applications, TechnaSeal has Standard manual and power-operated sealers employing the Thermal Impulse Heat Sealing Process.

For specific packaging and fabrication applications, TechnaSeal works with the client to create Special modified heat sealing machinery. Additionally, TechnaSeal personnel lead the industry in the design and manufacture of completely Custom machines for unique sealing operations.

All heat sealing analysis begins with a thorough examination of the heat sealing characteristics of the thermoplastic material, and the handling aspects of the application. It is best, even for the most common bag sealing requirements, to test seal the specific thermoplastic material and examine sealed samples. Wherever possible, tests and samples are made using the cutomer's actual material since there is a great variation in the sealing characteristics of thermoplastic materials. The sealed samples that we prepare in our laboratory are representative of the quality of seal the customer can expect from the finished machine in actual production.
