Taper-Flo System

The Taper-Flo allow processors and packagers to convey and accumulate tapered containers with no backpressure and no shingling. Used successfully in dairy, bakery, pharmaceutical, and food applications, the system yields production efficiency gains of 15% to 20%. With the accumulation system, production line machinery can be uncoupled, allowing critical machines to continue production when others malfunction. A rapid return on investment can be achieved with the resulting gains in cases per shift.

Based on a pre-engineered design, the system is easily customized to meet specific application requirements and the high degree of flexibility in infeed and discharge configurations makes it easy to integrate into existing production lines. The system will accept product from upstream machinery in single-lane, multi-lane, or mass-flow configurations and it will also deliver product to down stream machinery on demand, in single-lane, multi-lane, and mass-flow configurations.
