Stratocell Laminated Polyethylene Foam Plank and CelluPlank Polyethylene Foams

Stratocell laminated polyethylene foam plank and CelluPlank polyethylene foams are designed to meet a broad range of protective packaging requirements from economical, lightweight protection to heavy-duty industrial cushioning applications.

Stratocell, a multi-layer plank made up of laminated ½ in. thick layers, is a light density polyethylene foam suited for light-to-medium weight applications that require interior cushioning in designed packs. The foam plank includes 120, 170, and 220 light-to-medium density products ranging in thickness from 1 in.-5 in. The foams are available in sizes up to 48 in. wide x 108 in. long.

CelluPlank polyethylene foam, a thick, single-layer extruded foam plank formerly known as Sealed Air Extruded Plank, is suited for heavier applications requiring shock absorption, vibration dampening, thermal insulation or sound deadening. A range of medium-to-heavy density CelluPlank foam products are available in 170, 220, 400, 600, and 900.
