Responding to customers' demand for both economy and quality the company offers the Model 2015 stepper driven wipe-on applicator. The recent addition to the model line incorporates the latest in electronics and mechanical technologies.
Standard features include:
- Stepper motor drive for enhanced label stop and exceptional ± 1/32 in. placement accuracy.
- Built-in trouble shooting capability with LED indicators to monitor functions and diagnose fault conditions.
- Retrievable potentiometer settings for label sensor, label stop and web speed adjustments. Settings are digitized to prevent fluctuation during line voltage changes.
- Plug and apply capability when adding optional features (i.e. low label/web break alarms, velocity compensation). This eliminates the need to hard wire components.
- Web speeds up to 750 liner inches per minute with 4 in. or 6 in. (optional) wide web width, in right or left hand orientations.
The labeler can accept a wide variety of label sizes without the need for change parts and can be ordered with a companion T-base stand or a Model 2020 Wrap-around product handling system.
