System Operation Overview:

This CTM system is designed to top apply labels on forms. Form feed tables are available in standard or custom built configurations. (Please see our 5 Applicator, Custom Forms Feed System located under the CTM Custom Systems pop up). All Forms Feed tables can be equipped with the Series 360 Label Applicator.

Standard System Highlights:

30" x96" table surface, 36"- 40" table surface height - Variable speed stepper motor drive - Form width capacity from 3" to 20" wide - Infeed and collection hopper constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminum - CTM Series 360 Applicator with stepper drive capable of dispensing labels at speeds of 1200 inches per minute - Applicator modular mounting base with upright mounted on a Y-Axis traverse. Roller assembly allows ease of position changes to any location on the conveyor base
