Stack & Nest Containers

Arca Systems' Stack & Nest containers are ideal for work-in process, conveyor handling, storage and distribution in a variety of industries. Versatile, these containers can efficiently handle small parts in an industrial environment or produce in an agricultural setting.

One piece molded of high performance polypropylene, Stack & Nest totes are recyclable and have a smooth, easy-to-clean surface. Durable, Stack & Nest containers resist the damaging effects of oils, solvents and caustic solutions and will not rust, rot or corrode. Plus Stack & Nest totes are safe to handle since they have no burs, wooden splinters or sharp edges.

Stack & Nest containers offer two-way convenience: maximum volume for distribution and minimum space for return shipment. Available in a 24"x16" footprint and three height options, 9-, 11-, and 14-inch, Stack & Nests can be used alone or stacked together for efficient space usage. Containers stack when full – with or without lids – and nest when empty by rotating the bins 180o. Positive stacking allows totes to be securely stacked up to nine high. Optional lids increase product protection. Vented sidewalls are also available as an option for proper air circulation and quicker cooling of produce in the container.

The flexibility of the Stack & Nest container system lets you standardize, while meeting the needs of your operations. Reusing the same containers for shipping, receiving and work-in-process means greater efficiency at less cost.
