The Gold Lid Overlidder is designed to efficiently apply all types of plastic over-caps to closed-top (tamper-evident heat seal) containers. One motor drives the spinning rolls while another motor drives the non-slip conveyor belt. Capacity is approximately 200 lids on the spinning rollers, with a 300-lid magazine available. Lids may be loaded without interrupting the machines operation. The system is capable of operating at speeds up to 30 cpm, depending on lid size and lid plus container characteristics.
