Solbern Tumble Filler

Solbern Tumble Filler, Model TPTF-DP. This is a Portion Control/Volumetric Transfer Filler. This unit uses the same rotating drum design of all Solbern Tumble Fillers with the exception that the containers to be filled do not travel through the drum. Instead a continuous loop of adjustable volumetric cups are filled as they pass through the drum and then discharge into containers passing on an external conveyor. Previously used to fill exactly 36 meatballs or tortellini into 211 and 303 cans.This design allows for extremely accurate volumetric and "piece" filling, independent of container size. All stainless steel construction. Includes both solid & 3/16" perforated drum covers. There are 230/460v variable speed drives on drum, conveyor shaker, conveyor & container timing screw with solid state variable speed controls. Has an automatic lubrication system and load/weigh cells on the drum, and is in EXCELLENT condition.
