Series 9 Auger Fillers

Mateer Burt's Series 9 auger fillers offer simple microprocessor control of all filling functions at an economical price. Only those prompts that are specific to the customer's individual filling application are displayed. More sophisticated controls are available dependent upon application specifications.

All Mateer Burt auger fillers are capable of dispensing liquid, cream, and powder products into rigid or flexible containers. A wide range of configurations offer speeds up to 400 containers per minute, achieving superior accuracy of ±0.50 percent of targeted fill.

Options include level control, hopper baffle, stepper or servomotor drives, and tabletop chain or dual block chain conveyor, pressure stops for rectangular containers, and container lift on automatic models.
