Self-Closing Liquid Dispensing System

The Self-Closing Thermoformed Pack is a self-closing system used in small, easy-to dispense thermoformed package. The design of this thermoformed package allows for one handed dispensing of products in sizes from *-oz to 6-oz. The secret design of the package's reclosability is a flat valve channel. Removing the easy-to-tear pre-cut tab at the top of the package opens the channel, and when external pressure is applied to the package, the liquid product flows. When pressure is released, it's contoured bottom returns to its original position, creating a suction action so no further product is dispensed until the next squeeze.
