Rubber covered timing, pulling, and conveying belts in almost any size assure smooth operating efficiency. In-house CAD/CAM design capabilities and state-of-the-art mandrel building equipment enable the production of totally seamless rubber covered belts of any material to meet engineering designs and specifications of high speed or rigorous equipment.

Rubber covered belts fabricated on a mandrel produce a seamless belt with no weak point along its surface and can outlast a seamed belt to extend the productive life of high performance machinery and equipment. A variety of cover materials, including natural rubber, neoprene, nitrile, EPDM, hypalon, sponge, urethane, and silicone can be machined to meet specific operating requirements. All materials can be vulcanized to flat, poly-V, or timing belts and ground to precision tolerances to assure operating performance.
