New England Machinery, Inc.version of the NESFD, Scoop Feeder, Dropper allows scoops to be sorted, fed and dropped into filled containers and gently "pushed" down into the product without raising dust. The added feature of "pushing" the scoops down into the product enables users to send the containers directly to sealing without the scoop "sticking up" and alleviates the problem dust preventing a tight seal. This design allows containers to be filled with a maximum amount of product.
The NESFD places scoops in pre-filled containers with the scoop side down, below the top of the container. The machine can run up to speeds of 200 scoops (placed in containers) per minute.
