  • Rotary Die Wheel Concept
    The HAYSSEN RT rotary die wheel concept operates on the principal of maximizing dwell time.  Individual MAGNUM sealing dies are released on demand as packaging material and product move through the machine.

  • More Dwell Time Means Strong Hermetic Seals
    Extra sealing time allows for the best combination of time, temperature, and pressure.  More dwell time ensures that molten sealant has plenty of time to flow through the seal area and close off any channels where leakage could occur.

  • Proven Resistance Sealing System
    * Cross seals are made using Hayssen's unique MAGNUM die.  Optimum die pressure combined with Hayssen's Channelock serration pattern provides consistent hermetic seals.
    * True fin back seal configuration is standard and employs a heat and roller style platen.
    * Tiltable back seal mechanism is available for packaging cheese wedges.
    * No-former design allows for the use of heavy-gauge barrier laminates.

  • Color Touch-Screen Control System
    A programmable color touch-screen operated control system facilitates machine operation and increases performance by managing the machine operating logic as well as the main and infeed motor synchronization.  This simple graphic interface displays all operator information including commands, temperature controls, machine faults, speed, and working programs.

  • Infinite Product Length Compensation
    When running plain or random print film, repeatable distance between products and an appropriate cut-off length can be guaranteed regardless of product length variations.

  • Automatic Speed Modulation
    Automatic speed modulation, in relation to upstream or downstream equipment, includes auto-adjustment of product position, jaw releases, and sealing temperatures.

  • Quick Changeover
    A "no change parts" design eliminates forming boxes and includes an easy-to-access, expandable core spindle for 5 minute or less changeover.

  • Automatic Tracking
    ACCU-TRACK senses and controls web edge position to ensure neat and tightly sealed back seams.

  • Heavy-Duty, Sanitary Construction
    The RT is built to withstand severe operating environments and stringent sanitation procedures. In addition, the RT has received both U.S.D.A. Meat and Poultry and 3A/WDA Dairy approval.

  • Variety of Feeding Methods Possible
    Product can be fed automatically, by hand onto the infeed conveyor, or directly onto the film at random or regular spacing.  A "target" can be machine-applied to plain film to assist product positioning.  Individual sealing dies are released by reading either the product or the film.
