Reel Handling Clamp With Rollers – Manual Grip And Rotation – Warehouse Stacker

This Clamp attachment has been designed for the lifting and rotation of reels of film, foil, paper, and various packaging materials.

This clamp attachment features manual grip and rotation. The gripping action is achieved by means of a handwheel, providing easy grip and release actions of the reels which are secured by the external diameter.

The clamp attachment features FDA approved nitrile rubber rollers.

The mechanism is fitted with a torque limiter so that the gripping rollers do not over or under tighten onto the reel. This feature enables the operator to lift and transport reels with complete confidence.

The rolls can be easily rotated using the four ergonomic handles situated on both sides of the attachment.

The attachments enhanced design features include a greater load capacity, improved strength and durability which provides an easy and safe operation.

The reel handling clamp attachment is mounted onto a powder coated mild steel mini stacker and is suitable for warehouse environments.

The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most reels.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of Compac lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
