Pressure Sensitive Labeler

Pneumatic Scale / Mateer Burtrk 350 is designed for any combination of front, back and wrap labeling applications. The unit is capable of full system integration of vision, verification of placement, bar codes and date codes. It can also accommodate a wide range of product shapes, sizes and materials.

All labeling functions are controlled by the Microsoft Control operating system, featuring a product database for quick product changeover. The labeler also features a synchronous web system that insures repeatable label placement even at maximum speeds of up to 400 cpm. If needed, the systems allow for label position adjustments during operation. Built-in detection of missing labels on the web prevents unlabeled containers.

Options include a variety of product handling methods, label coding options, bar code readers, label recognition systems, splice detection, automatic label switching mechanism and container backup control at infeed/discharge.
