Its positive drive by means of a side bow chain on the curves outer radius creates reliability
The Curveyor is a belt curve
featuring the best of both worlds.
Its positive drive by means of a side bow chain on the
curves outer radius creates reliability. Because the end roller do not drive the belt,
this cannot slip and there is no belt tensioning required.
The end rollers are cylindrical to ensure a smooth
product transfer. On the side bow chain roller bearings are fitted to guide the chain with
a minimum friction, no wear and no need for lubrication.
End roller diameter range 20 mm (0.8") or 62 mm (2,5").
Belt width range 200 to 1500 mm (8 to 60").
Outer radius range 600 to 2000 mm (24 to 78").
