The Polaris linear filling machine is designed for the automatic filling of bottles, jars and cans with liquid products (oil, spirits, syrup, shampoo and other non-carbonated food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical products)
The Polaris linear filling machine is designed for the automatic filling of bottles, jars and cans with liquid products (oil, spirits, syrup, shampoo and other non-carbonated food, cosmetic, chemical and pharmaceutical products).
The dosed liquid is measured by means of filling cylinders. In accordance with the required output, the machine can be equipped with 2, 4, 6 or 12 filling cylinders.
The dose is continuously adjustable and the machine can be equipped with dosing cylinders of different volumes in accordance with the required dose. For the filling of larger volumes a multiple dose can be preset.
Filling nozzles are operated pneumatically.
