The CF1220 counting machine
The tablet and capsule counting machine, type CF1220 is the latest model. This machine is known world-wide for its 100% counting accuracy, high speed, easy cleaning and user-friendliness, with high reliability. No change parts are required for counting the most frequently occurring sizes of tablets and capsules.

Execution:
All CF1220 models are made out of stainless steel and FDA approved synthetic material. The CF1220 is usually executed with 12 channels. Its electronic scanning capacity is up to 12,000 products per minute. Based on a count of 100 tablets per container or bottle, the maximum output is about 60 containers/bottles per minute. For higher capacities the CF1220 is also available in a double head model, CF1220*2.

Cleaning:
All contact parts can be taken out of the machine without the use of tools, making cleaning as fast and easy as possible.

Validation:
The CF1220 tablet and capsule counting machine is completely validated according to the requirements of the American FDA. Copies of this validation are available from Cremer for inspection.
