Tray design and manufacturing headquarters is located in Mankato, Minnesota with manufacturing satellites in Carolina, Puerto Rico; Londonderry, Northern Ireland; and Selangor, Malaysia. All facilities are ISO certified 9000 with Asia Pacific's certification finalized in the near future.

A majority of trays are produced in our controlled environment manufacturing area that meet control levels of a class 100,000 (M6.5) clean room. We utilize materials (in gauges of .010" to .250") such as PETG, PVC, HDPE, PC, HIPS, APET, Barex, ABS, barrier laminations, and those with anti-static, conductive or sterilizable properties.
