Paper Cup Making Machine

The BMP 200 delivers a high level of flexibility and is suitable for the manufacturing of round, oval and rectangular paper cups using today's common material grades.

With production speeds of up to 240 cups/min., the machine produces precisely manufactured cups while setting new standards with regard to efficiency and productivity. It is designed for high capacity, quick changeovers, great end product flexibility, with individual cup designs and low production costs.

Machine operations include high integrity shell winding and sealing, bottom punching, bottom sealing and top curl forming. These separate operations guarantee great flexibility to suit individual requirements. Adjustments on the machine are very fast and simple and an exchange of tools can be carried out quickly.

Standard features include a precision high quality indexing system, central electrical control cabinet, infinitely variable speed of the main drive, oil mist lubrication with oil pump, and central lubrication. Other features are 3 position hot air stations for side sealing, and a unique sealing function for a high integrity bottom seal.

Optional features include covering of the raw edge inside the cup, blank punching from the roll, integrated station for the sealing of a handle, grooving stations, and flattening stations for roll film.
