The F30 vertical cartoner from PRB Packaging Systems is geared towards customers requiring high speeds and flexibility. Reaching a maximum of 30 mechanical cycles per minute, the F30 is a top-loading, compact machine capable of handling cartons up to 600 mm x 400 mm x 350 mm. The unit offers great flexibility due to the possibility of using either suction cups or grippers to pick up products and the ability to close cartons by means of adhesive tape, hot melt glue or both systems at the same time. The cartoner is quick and easy to changeover with the help of digital indicators that precisely position adjustable parts, as well as adjustable suction cup arms and a very small number of parts to be replaced.
