The T2 Prima teabag machine is designed to produce string and tag filter bags for tea, herbal teas, coffee and other infusion products, overwrapped in heat sealed pouches. Operating at speeds of 250 teabags per minute, the machine produces teabags made from a strip of heat seal filter paper designed so the string remains inside the bag with the product. Teabags produced by the unit are sealed on three sides. The overwrapping heat sealed pouch can be produced with either a 4 side seal or 3 side seal, with one side folded up.
