The LA/1000 STS Tamp Label Applicator System is a highly accurate, high-speed stepper driven labeling system built for industrial environments, capable of applying labels at speeds up to 225 products per minute. It has a tamp applicator and can label a wide range of substrates including cartons, tray and blister packs, and many primary products.
Capable of applying labels ranging in size from ½in. wide x ½in. long to 5in. wide x 12in. long, label placement accuracy is assured by the stepper motor, tamp cylinder, dancer-arm and brake mechanism, web guides, and programmable label edge sensor. The applicator is available in left-hand configuration and can apply labels from the top, side, bottom, or inclined orientation.
