The Extreme 16 is an automatic, horizontal form/fill/seal shrink wrapping system with the versatility to package a wide variety of industrial and consumer products. The base model wraps at speeds up to 80 products per minute, and the unit achieves speeds of 140 products per minute. It operates on a continuous motion basis for smooth product transfer at high speeds. It features an orbital cam operated end-seal mechanism that produces consistent seals with all commercial shrink films. The longitudinal seal options include electrostatic or thermal lap, or side-seal trim.
