The Road Runner Pharma is a continuous motion rotary crimper that operates at speeds up to 400 vials per minute. Designed specifically to withstand heavy duty operation and remain accurate enough to be used in pharmaceutical environments, the unit features a unique mechanical crimping system that utilizes independent adjustable crimping heads. The entire system is mounted on a mechanical turret, which controls the turret height and the crimping knives horizontal distance from the bottle neck. The independent mechanical crimping knife adjustment allows for quicker setups and is controlled with a touch of a button on the crimper's complete touch screen panel control.
