The versatile RTC 125 Rewinder features the latest electronic controls, allowing the machine to operate at speeds up to 2400 pieces per hour. A self-diagnosis system allows the unit to immediately identify any irregularity, keeping intervention time to a minimum. The rewinder can operate with aluminum foil, plastic films and paper with extremely quick changeover times. Material can be fixed to cardboard cores by means of hot-melt glue, or even without glue, with the mechanical starting device. Rolls can be closed with hot-melt glue injection, application of a self-sticking label or without any type of fixing at all.
