PACK EXPO 2000: Pressure Sensitive Labeler

The Autocol V-2000 features state of the art design and incorporates the control panel into the machine base, bringing to market a labeler that has a 40% smaller footprint, yet runs up to 20% faster than alternative systems. Users also enjoy virtually instant "plug and run" capability reducing lengthy installation time.

Whether running round, square, or rectangular containers, the system is capable of handling even the most complex labeling applications and is ideal for contract packagers as well as personal care, healthcare, household products, vintners, distillers and food and beverage manufacturers. Accurate label placement is assured though patented servo-controlled web motion and precise cam-activated bottle plate rotation.

The system us available with 9, 12, 15 and 18 stations and offers output from 100 to 600 bpm. It accommodates up to three heads that provide six-way adjustment. Other features include and easy-access machine base and head for easy changeover of reels, brushes, bottle plates and stars.
