The heavy duty Vertical Thermal Impulse Sealer is ideal for tall packages or freestanding liners in drums or boxes. It is pneumatically powered and calculated to provide an airtight/watertight seal. Ideal for sealing ranges of material including polyethylene, laminated films, nylon and even Teflon, production speeds vary depending on the thickness of material and can be accelerated through the addition of water cooling. The seal jaw is height adjustable and perfect for manual or conveyor operations. Horizontal bag sealers are also available. The unit is constructed is from heavy duty welded steel designed for industrial use.

Suitable for all medical, pharmaceutical and industrial applications, this new HD-12 Dual Element Heat Sealer with repeatable and verifiable temperature controls is fully validatable. Capable of sealing a range of high temperature materials like polyethylene and kapton, the HD-12 features a 500-degree centigrade controller, single or dual 12-inch elements, and high pressure seal area. Contour seals and other options are also available.

The new 97 inch Square Sealer features repeatable and verifiable temperature control designed for high pressure sealing of all plastic films. Ideal for manufacturers of bulk liner or super sacks made from thick material, this sealer can seal and cut polyethylene films in excess of 20 mils. The square sealer provides airtight and watertight seals and is available in custom sizes and contour shapes with various band widths and optional cut wires.

The MTS-15 Tube Sealer with repeatable and verifiable temperature controls is ideal for medical or pharmaceutical applications. Standard features include 15in. seal length, single or dual elements, high pressure, stainless steel shelf, and separate operator controls. The MTS-15 can be customized to fit any requirement.
