PACK EXPO 2000: Ice Cream Filling Machines

These Ice Cream Filling Machines for non-round/semi-round ½ gallon paper containers offer a patented extrusion filling system, with heat seal from rollstock, plus overcap at speeds of 70 containers per minute in a single lane. These in line servo driven machines are designed to comply with the FDA, and 3A Dairy Standards as well as satisfy all international regulations such as CE certification.

Also available on these machines are one or two flavor revolving variegate plus a fill accuracy of less than 1% of fill volume. The system is designed to accept nesting containers delivered in stacks or flat bottom non nesting arriving directly from the forming machine.
