The company will unveil its new high speed, small center horizontal cartoner, the "Stealth," at PACK EXPO International 2000. Targeted toward the pharmaceutical industry, the design of this continuous motion cartoner is responsive toward GAMP guidelines and features a very small footprint making it more accessible to the operator and easier to maintain. Capable of operating at speeds up to 400 cpm, the MGS "Stealth" utilizes and advanced technology controls system featuring a touch-screen HMI and servo drives.
The cartoner supplies online access to diagnostics information, setup and changeover recipes, and the operator and maintenance manual in real time. A 72" long powered magazine is standard, allowing longer run time between carton loading. Easy access to the load station makes carton loading quick and easy.
