The EK2 Continuous Motion High Speed Wrapping Machine is designed to wrap hard boiled sweets in double twist wrap. The machine can wrap up to 1800 dies-formed or deposited sweets of round, oval, or oblong shapes per minute. Due to the continuous motion principle, particularly gentle handling of the product is guaranteed. Sweets with semi-liquid centers can be handled without problems. An electronically controlled, highly efficient feeding system with an integrated sorting station to eliminate sugar dust, chips and broken pieces, as well as a controlled plate feeding system, lead to an almost 100% feeding efficiency. The EK2 is equipped with an automatic splicer to change wrapping materials without stopping the machine.
