The company will be featuring a newly introduced Foil-to-Paper Laminating Adhesive that is a solvent-free waterborne adhesive with FDA approval for direct food contact. It is designed for wet laminating foil to SBS board, resulting in a high heat and chemical resistant bond. End use applications include frozen food trays and lottery cards. When used for frozen food trays, the adhesive maintains strong bonds even when subjected to oven temperatures of 375ºF for 45 minutes. For lottery cards, the adhesive withstands the high heat generated by laser printing.
